Bust = measure the circumference of the chest area, taking into consideration the point at which your breasts are the fullest

Waist = measure the circumference of the narrowest area of your torso, between your ribs and hips

Hips = measure the circumference of the widest area of your lower torso, taking your bottom into consideration when looking for this point; for most people it is located approximately 20cm below the waist
