The delivery times provided by Seen Users are estimates only. We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the place of delivery requested by you, however, once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we can no longer influence the delivery in any way.

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location or not, please do get in touch via any channel (social media, e-mail, Whatsapp).

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Please do keep proof of order (e-mail, receipt, invoice) in case you would like to open any inquiry. 

All deliveries are sent out from Romania. For domestic shipping we collaborate with FanCourier, and the option for Showroom Pick-up, which is free of charge, is also available in Bucharest. For international shipping we collaborate with DHL Express, and the flat rates are displayed at checkout, varying with the country of destination. Should you like to inquire regarding delivery times, arrange for a different method of shipping, please contact us on any channel and we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner.

Please note if you choose Showroom Pick-up for the fulfilment of your order, this option does not allocate for fitting time. While we understand that you may want to try on your order before picking it up to be able to exchange or change your order on the spot in the spirit of efficiency, fittings require a Showroom Visit Appointment, which can be booked through our system on the 'Contact Us' page. Otherwise, it perturbs the existing bookings and it is unfair to other customers, who deserve, much like you, not to feel rushed out of their appointment slots.




The address confirmation is given upon the review of buy page in the checkout section of the site, please make sure to check the details before finalising the order.

However, if this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast processing within our distribution center, some orders cannot be adjusted. 




If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.




Returns can be processed if made in no more than 14 days from the moment the order is received by the recipient, and only if they are returned in the same state they were dispatched in -- unused and with all garment tags still attached. The value of your order, minus that of the shipping, should be refunded to your account in no more than 14 business days, depending on the bank. Refunds are only processed once your return arrives back to us and its status is verified.

Please not that shipping costs fall within the responsibility of the customer, meaning that should you like to return an item you purchased, shipping costs will be incurred by you. 

For domestic returns, within the territory of Romania, any courier may be used (FanCourier, Cargus, DPD, etc.), with the exception of the Romanian Postal Service. Returns made via the Romanian Postal Service will be refused.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Please contact us immediately if any of your purchases have been delivered without Seen Users tags. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Any returns of articles of clothing that has suffered alterations (shortening, reducing waist size, etc.) will be refused. While we do not offer custom clothing, it is noteworthy to mention that by law, customised articles of clothing cannot be returned.
